Danielle Rowley MP visited Dalkeith Girls’ Brigade this week, the very same Brigade she attended as a girl and teenager.
M.s Rowley was invited to speak to girls at the Brigade about her role as Midlothian’s Member of Parliament, and answer any questions they had.
Danielle Rowley MP said: “It was fantastic to see that Dalkeith Girls’ Brigade has gone from strength to strength since I was a Brigader.
“I met with girls from all different ages groups who all had lots of interesting questions about local and national issues, as well as my role as an MP.
“Thanks to Catherine Clark – who was also my Company Captain – for inviting me along!
