We Will Remember Them

Danielle Rowley MP attended a number of services across Midlothian on Remembrance Day, laying wreaths to honour the war dead.

Remembrance Day took on added significance this year, marking the 100th anniversary of the Armistice in 1918 that signaled the end of World War One.

Danielle Rowley MP said: “I was humbled to lay wreaths and attend services across Midlothian to remember those who lost their lives so we could have a future.

“We remember, and we honour their sacrifice by working for a peaceful world.”
